  • A standard outdoor water hose hookup is required to fill the cold plunge tubs — a hose bib or outdoor spigot works great. This is the one non-negotiable site requirement. If your location doesn't have water access, we may be able to bring water (up to 500 gallons) for an additional fee — just let us know in the booking form and we'll confirm availability and pricing when we follow up. For power, the chillers can run on a generator if electricity is unavailable, so that's flexible.

  • Our dual cold plunge tubs maintain temperatures between 38–52°F using commercial chillers. You can request a target temp range when booking. Adding the ice add-on gets water down to temp faster if you're on a tighter timeline. Both tubs run simultaneously so more guests can plunge at once.

  • A $100 deposit is required to confirm your booking. Reschedules require at least 48 hours notice — cancellations or changes within 48 hours may forfeit the deposit. For events, party rentals, and multi-day packages, cancellation terms are discussed at booking. We do our best to work with you if something comes up — just reach out as early as possible.

  • Monthly memberships give you recurring recovery sessions at a locked-in rate. The Recover 1 plan ($499/mo) includes 1 recovery session per month and the Recover 2 plan ($799/mo) includes 2 recovery sessions per month. Each session is a full 6-hour session with the cold plunge tubs and trailer sauna delivered to your location. Sessions are available Monday through Thursday only. Members get priority booking, 10% off all other bookings, no deposit required on additional bookings, and a guaranteed recurring schedule — perfect for anyone who wants consistent recovery built into their routine.

  • The Recover Rig is a full trailer setup. You'll need a flat, accessible area roughly equivalent to a large camper or RV — typically a driveway, parking lot, or open backyard with clear drop-off access. The dual cold plunge tubs sit inside the trailer, and the sauna is built into the front with a side entry door. We'll confirm space requirements when we contact you after booking.

  • The sauna is custom-built into the front section of our trailer. You enter and exit through the side door — it's a fully enclosed dry sauna with bench seating. It reaches temperatures between 140–180°F. We preheat before arrival so it's ready when your session starts. Extra wood bundles are available as an add-on for extended sessions.

  • Cold plunge and sauna use is not recommended for those with cardiovascular conditions, uncontrolled hypertension, pregnancy, or certain medications. We always recommend consulting your doctor if you have any concerns. Guests must be 18+ or accompanied by a parent/guardian. When in doubt, check with your physician before your session.

  • As soon as you can. We will do our best to accommodate bookings within 24–48 hours, but to ensure your date and time are locked in, booking 1–4 weeks in advance is the best practice — especially for weekends, party rentals, and half day bookings. The earlier you reach out, the better your options.
